Craftsmanship begins, setting the initial aspiration within a small space.
In 1992, Chairman Li Yuanbing instructed inspectors to operate testing instruments to conduct product testing.
From 1992 to 1994, the first generation of TransFar products was born.
A photograph taken in 1995 shows the interior of a workshop in Dongba Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, capturing the simplicity of the early production environment and the team's enthusiasm.
In 2002-2003, the "TransFar" trademark and the distinctive "BingZi" trademark were successfully registered.
During this period, TransFar entered the industry with the attitude of "craftsmen," meticulously crafting even the smallest components, laying the foundation for the company's "pursuit of excellence and independent innovation." The following decade was a decade of rooting and refining.
Expansion (2005-2015)

Never stopping, expanding territory to all corners of the world.
In the first decade of the new century, TransFar embarked on a large-scale and global expansion.
In 2005, TransFar moved to Building 2 of the Guanglian Industrial Park in Tongzhou District, Beijing, achieving a standardized upgrade in production conditions.
In 2006, TransFar made its debut at the APEC Electronics Show in the United States.
On November 5, 2007, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the first phase of TransFar's Fujian production base, Fujian TransFar Electronics Co., Ltd., located in Wuyi New Area, Nanping City, Fujian Province.
In 2008, TransFar made its debut at the Russian Electronics Exhibition, and its products have successively entered the international stage and been tested by the global market.
In 2009, Fujian TransFar Electronics Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation.
In 2010, TransFar officially moved into its self-owned office building in the Beijing Chaoyang District Electronic City IT Industrial Park, starting a new chapter of development based on the cluster of technological innovation.
In 2011, TransFar was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise (and successfully passed the review in 2023). In the same year, Fujian TransFar Power Supply Co., Ltd. and Fujian TransFar Electric Co., Ltd. broke ground, marking a new stage in the Group's accelerated expansion in the Southeast region and its coordinated north-south layout.
During this stage, TransFar completed a crucial leap from a small player in Beijing to a global presence, from deep cultivation in its home market to global expansion, demonstrating its forward-looking strategic vision.

Building upon past achievements, connecting capital through professionalism
Alongside its expansion, TransFar has also elevated its corporate governance and brand value. It has begun to connect with a broader capital and resource market in a more standardized and transparent manner.
In 2016, TransFar successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, also known as the "New Third Board").

In 2017, the foundation stone was laid for the second phase of TransFar's Fujian production base project—Fujian TransFar Sensor Co., Ltd., located in Wuyi New Area, Nanping City, Fujian Province.
In 2018, Fujian TransFar Sensor Co., Ltd. successfully passed the DNV-GL audit and obtained IATF 16949-2016 quality management system certification (and passed the recertification in 2024). Since then, TransFar Group has been supported by both ISO three-system certification and IATF 16949 quality management system certification, empowering the entire industry with high standards and accurately meeting the stringent quality requirements of automotive-grade customers.
In 2019, the third phase of TransFar's Fujian production base commenced construction.
During this phase, TransFar leveraged the power of the capital market to regulate itself and strengthened its professional competitive advantage in core areas through continuous investment in technology and production capacity, achieving a positive interaction between industry and finance.

Creating the Future with Intelligence, Opening New Horizons Amidst Change
Entering a new era, the energy revolution and the digital wave are surging forward. Having passed its 30th anniversary, TransFar, with a beginner's mindset, has embarked on a second upgrade centered on "intelligentization."
In 2020, the group completed its strategic upgrade, officially changing its name to "Beijing TransFar Electronics Group Co., Ltd.", and its sensor building officially went into production. In the same year, dozens of new products passed design finalization, fully embracing emerging markets such as new energy and intelligent power distribution.
In 2022, TransFar achieved remarkable product innovation and results: it was successfully selected as a "Specialized, Refined and Innovative" SME in Beijing (and passed the review in 2025), demonstrating its continued leading strength; in the same year, it launched a number of new products, such as the TAK series of switchable Current Transformers and the HS31D series of sensors with a rated current of 1200A, which accurately meet the needs of new energy, smart power distribution and other fields, and drive industry upgrading with technological innovation.
In 2023, the company was awarded the title of High-Growth Enterprise in the Second Chaoyang District "Phoenix Plan" of Beijing; it obtained multiple product patents and launched the CS09H series closed-loop Hall current sensor.
In 2024-2025, focusing on intelligent manufacturing upgrades and future-oriented development, the Group's "MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Project" was fully launched. In September of the same year, international exchanges deepened: Ambassadors from multiple countries visited the Chuangsifang Fujian production base for inspection and research, exploring new opportunities for cooperative development and enhancing the brand's international influence.
For over three decades, the history of TransFar Group has been a typical growth story of a Chinese technology manufacturing enterprise—establishing itself with craftsmanship, expanding its territory with strategy, reaching new heights with expertise, and pursuing long-term development through innovation.
