Enhancing team cohesion through two-day team building activities
In order to strengthen team cohesion and spirit of cooperation, and create a positive, united, and friendly cultural atmosphere, the group launched a two-day team building expansion activity on September 20th.
The activity kicked off in a cheerful and peaceful atmosphere. Through simple physical contact such as ice-breaking games, pulling activities, massaging each other, and leg beating, all employees quickly relaxed, making the scene atmosphere happy.
After lunch, everyone gathered in the conference room to start the afternoon activity "Crazy Roller Coaster," which includes elements of both teamwork and tension.
During the activity, all employees were in high spirits, striving to be the first, working closely together, devoting themselves fully, and showing a good spirit and team spirit. The scene was filled with shouts, cheers, and laughter, creating an extremely warm atmosphere that permeated every corner of the site.
In the evening, we had dinner at Leya Resort, which was an important moment for the team to communicate and get closer to each other.
The next day, we learned the basics of Frisbee operation, including the Frisbee Nine Palace, Frisbee basket, and other technical practices. The simple props and variety of gameplay allowed the staff to personally feel the fun of team building.
Through continuous attempts and cooperation, participants gradually mastered Frisbee skills, and their cooperation became increasingly tacit, showcasing their flexible response abilities.
After practicing in various ways, the teams participated in three rounds of Frisbee contests! Together, we burned with enthusiasm and released vitality, cooperating with great understanding, and laughter was a constant presence.
Finally, the "Green Meng Meng team" won the championship! Everyone took a photo at the clock-in area.
With the sweat of effort behind us, each member of the Quartet team received a beautiful gift. Everyone, filled with joy from conquering challenges and feeling fruitful, ended this outdoor expansion activity on a high note.
