LMI Completes "Leadership Management International" Training to Empower Personal Productivity!

Recently, the company selected three employees, Rong Lei, Zhao Xingyang and Zhou Jianqiang, to participate in the LMI "Leadership Management International - Effective Personal Productivity" training. The training lasted for 4 months and covered 8 class hours. The graduation ceremony was officially held in the company's conference room on July 21th.

At the closing ceremony, three employees took turns to share their thoughts on stage. Rong Lei said that by studying the goal setting and time management methods in the course system written by Paul Maier and Randy Sreta, he not only learned to focus on high-return activities and sort out work priorities, but also deeply realized that "anchoring the direction with clear goals and focusing on actions with precise planning", and his personal productivity has been significantly improved. Zhao Xingyang said that the course has pushed him to shift from focusing on transaction execution to focusing on team growth, and strive to grow from "selling products" to "partners who understand customers", which is the essential change brought about by EPP. Zhou Jianqiang combined actual projects to talk about the practice of using personal productivity tools and goal management SMART tools in the course to effectively break through work bottlenecks.

The group leaders and training teachers affirmed the growth of the three employees. The leaders said that from their sharing, they saw the attitude of being proactive and pursuing excellence, and were even more pleased with the growth and transformation of the three people who deeply bound their personal goals with organizational goals and stimulated their self-motivation with goal consensus. They hoped that these learnings would continue to ferment in subsequent work and drive the improvement of team efficiency. The teacher also commented that the three people accurately grasped the essence of the course, combined theory with practice, and demonstrated good learning and application capabilities, and the future is promising. At the same time, the leaders and teachers also sent words to the three employees, hoping that they would take this training as a new starting point, continue to deepen their efforts, play a greater role in personal growth and team leadership, and inject new vitality into the development of the company.
