Setting Sail│Beijing Transfar Electronics Group Holds 2024 Annual Work Conference
From January 15th to 16th, the annual work conference of Beijing Transfar Electronics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Transfar") was successfully held in Beijing. Leaders from various levels of the group headquarters, along with leaders and relevant personnel from subsidiaries including Fujian Transfar Electronics Co., Ltd., Fujian Transfar Power Co., Ltd., Fujian Transfar Sensors Co., Ltd., and Fujian Transfar Electrical Co., Ltd., gathered together both on-site and via online video. They collectively reviewed the achievements of the past year and engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on key issues.
The conference began with reports from the heads of various business units on the main accomplishments and existing issues of 2024. Based on the principle of "data-driven and result-oriented," the presenters summarized the completion of annual work, reflected on budget management and performance evaluation indicators, and outlined plans and prospects for the development direction of 2025.
During the conference, important appointments from the board of directors were announced, and a signing ceremony was held. The newly appointed CEO, Mr. Yang Guang, officially assumed his position and delivered a speech. On the final day of the conference, Chairman Mr. Li Yuanbing delivered a speech, highly commending the management team and all employees for their hard work and outstanding contributions over the past year.
