Transfar 2023 year-end work summary meeting

From January 15 to 19, Beijing Transfar Electronics Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Transfar) held its 2023 year-end work summary meeting as scheduled. Leaders at all levels from the Group headquarters, as well as subsidiary leaders and department heads from Fuchuang Electronics, Fuchuang Power, Fuchuang Sensor, and Fuchuang Electric, all participated.

The meeting comprehensively reviewed the main work contents of various departments and subsidiaries throughout 2023, carefully analyzed and assessed various aspects, and summarized the promotion of the company's strategy. Participants communicated and exchanged the achievements of various departments, the problems encountered in the work, and the corresponding improvement measures.

Mr. Long Wen, President of the Group, deployed the key work plan for 2024, putting forward requirements in five aspects: sales, quality, procurement, service, and cost reduction. He focused on "one goal," "two in place," and "three concerns" to lay the foundation for achieving revenue targets and profit growth.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Li Yuanbing, Chairman of the Board, combined the domestic economic situation with solid data and vivid examples to convey the 10 key development directions for the Group's work in 2024. The Chairman proposed to strengthen the implementation and promotion of the strategy during the process of landing, enhance the speed and strength of enterprise information construction, and improve the strength and timeliness of fine-tuning the operations of enterprises. He emphasized always putting the customer first, paying attention to their needs, addressing their pain points and difficulties, and realistically helping customers solve their problems.

The meeting aroused energy, gathered strength, and showcased style. In the New Year, all of us will continue to focus on strategic implementation, anchor business performance targets, work hard to deliver an outstanding report card, and contribute to the vigorous development of Made in China!
