TransFar Group 2025 Autumn Outdoor Team Building
When the rhythm of work meets the relaxation of nature, and when the team's tacit understanding sparks creative ideas, the 2025 team building event of Transfar came to a successful conclusion at Beijing Huihang Taoyuan Resort.
From October 31st to November 1st, the employees of TransFar temporarily left their workstations to embark on a team-building event themed "Passionate Dreams, Striving for Excellence".
On the first day, everyone gathered at the company and took a bus to the destination. They first warmed up to each other through group games called "Breaking the Ice". In the afternoon, the Winter Olympics-themed activity "Competitive Curling" was launched. In the simulated Winter Olympics game, the team honed their strategies and teamwork through tactical gameplay.
The free time in the evening also allowed colleagues from different departments to get closer together.
The following day, the team building activity centered around the "Magic Cajon" outdoor project. Through the shared rhythm and resonance, the team's cohesion reached new heights. At the end of the activity, everyone returned in an orderly fashion. The entire event was both efficient and well-paced. From the laughter of the icebreaker games to the collaboration on the curling rink and the shared experience of the cajon activity, every aspect interpreted the deeper meaning of "team"—it is the tacit understanding between each other, the unwavering commitment to the same goal, and the warmth of walking side-by-side.
Team building activities are brief, but the power they create is lasting. This team building event not only provided employees with an opportunity to relax and unwind, but also deepened trust and collaboration among them through immersive team projects, laying the foundation for efficient cooperation in future work.
